3. Payment: Payment terms are outlined in the individual service quote. Payment is due according to the agreed-upon schedule. Failure to make timely payments may result in delayed or cancelled services.
4. Client Responsibilities: The client is responsible for ensuring clear access to the premises, providing necessary information regarding the move, and securing any necessary permits or licenses. The client is also responsible for properly protecting fragile or valuable items.
5. Liability: Traslochi & Montaggi Lombardi exercises reasonable care in handling your belongings. However, we are not liable for damages resulting from acts of God, inherent vice of goods, or the client's negligence. Specific liability limitations may be discussed and agreed upon in advance.
